Tusshar made his Bollywood debut in 2001 with Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, a film directed by Satish Kaushik. Despite a modest reception at the box office, Tusshar’s earnest performance was noted. His breakout role came in 2002 with Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, a comedy directed by Sangeeth Sivan. The film, which also starred Aftab Shivdasani, became a commercial success and established Tusshar as a promising actor in the genre of comedy.
